Rotaract International Week in Russia

Prices and registration info

We offer you an eight-day package that includes:

• eight-night accommodation
• 3 meals per day (except for the days in the train)
• presentation bag
• all transportation costs within the program (except for the transportation from Moscow to Irkutsk)
• museum fees

The package costs 500 euro, if you pay before the 20th of June, after that date the price will be 580 Euro.

Important registration/payment notes:

• Do not send any money before your name is on the registration list - check your name on the list.
• Maximum number of participants is 30
• Participants will be registered at a "first come, first serve basis". When the maximum number of participants is reached, the registration will close.
• All banking charges are to be paid by the participant (both local and Russian banking costs).
• All payments must be made in Euro's.
• Please indicate Name(s), Club & Country in bank transfer.
• All payments must be in our account by the dates specified. Please allow time for the money transfer.
• No refunds of paid registration fees will be made.

The information on these webpages is prone to errors. Therefore both the programmes and the actual content of the package are subject to change in order to give you the best possible conference within our financial limits.
